Refund & Cancellation Policy

Objective
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is meant to help you understand the refund & cancellation scenarios for using various products or features or services offered on our website i.e. https://genwise.club and the mobile application i.e. GenWise (collectively referred to as “Platform”)
Definitions
For the purposes of this policy:
‘Application’ or ‘App’ means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named GenWise.
‘Company’ (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BharatAge Innovations Private Limited, having its registered office at Plot No 20, Okhla Industrial Area, PH-III, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi, India, 110020
‘Service’ refers to the GenWise Application or the Website or both.
‘User’ or ‘You’ refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable
When does this Policy apply
The Policy applies to all the product or features or services offered through the Platform.
For some of the products or features or services offered in partnership with third party service providers, relevant policy of such third party service provider shall also be applicable
By agreeing to use the Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Products or Services on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your refund or cancellation of an order for Products or Services on the Platform. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
Terms
The pricing for using every service will be shown to you at the time of initiation of service request.
E-Wallet balance once loaded cannot be cancelled or refunded. For definition of E-Wallet, refer to our Terms of Use
Orders purchased from E-wallet balance for specific product cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the service did not get delivered
Disputes
If you have a dispute about a refund you may contact us at contact@genwise.club. We will review your request and make a decision at our sole discretion. We do not make any cash refunds. All applicable refunds will be initiated within 72 (seventy two) business hours to the original source of funds
